Body-Mind Relaxation Massage
Body-Mind Relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle, flowing massage that promotes general relaxation, relieves muscular tension, plus improves circulation and range of movement. I use essential oils by either breathing through your nose and/or putting them on your skin during the massage. I also use special healing music based on mantras. The mantras have both psychological and physiological effects on your body. The movement of energy regulates the chemicals in your brain and creates positive energy around you. For clients who can find it hard to fully let go the stress, I can help them to enter a deep state of relaxation by using guided meditation.
